Tikis Seaside Grille has been SOLD, and will soon open as Lucy’s Retired Surfer Bar & Restaurant

On behalf of Nancy, myself and the entire team at Tikis Seaside Grille, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the many amazing memories we have shared with you, our awesome customers, this past couple of years — while looking forward to creating even more lasting memories at our other locations; The Beach House & NUMU Cocinas y Cabinas.

We wish also to extend a heartfelt welcome to Lucy’s Retired Surfer Bar & Restaurant to the area, with hope that they too enjoy great success.

Our humble refuge was built to provide three simple things: fresh grub, killer drinks, and a fun place to spend long, breezy nights hangin’ with your buds. Lucy’s was founded on the belief that no matter how far you are from the nearest reef break, great food, great drinks, and great service make for incredible memories, and that’s what we do best.

Lucy’s Retired Surfers Bar & Restaurant was born on the Upper West Side of New York City in 1985, where it quickly became a refuge for displaced surfers banging out a living in the Big Apple. After seven great years in NYC, Lucy’s packed up its boards and moved to the Big Easy, where it’s been a mainstay of New Orleans’ nightlife since 1992. In 2016, Lucy’s moved even further south to Key West, and is now going international — Lucy’s Costa Rica and Lucy’s Aruba are opening in late-2017/early-2018!

At Lucy’s we celebrate the easy attitude found only on the sandy fringes of civilization, where the only thing that matters is having a good time. Whenever you want to hang, or kick back and change your perception for a while, stop on by Lucy’s Retired Surfers Bar and Restaurant. Bring your kids, bring your dog, bring your surfboard – take a break from the norm and let Lucy’s show you what it’s like to live on permanent vacation. After all – vacation is just a mindset, man.
